I wanted to love this book—the concept was intriguing, and the astrology-inspired world had so much potential. The author clearly put a lot of thought into crafting a rich, magical setting, but for me, it was just too much. The sheer amount of world-building felt overwhelming, making it hard to stay immersed in the story. The pacing dragged, and with so many elements to keep track of, I found myself struggling to stay engaged. Eventually, I put it down and never felt the urge to pick it back up. While I appreciate the ambition behind this book, it was simply too overloaded for my taste.
