Everything We Never Said by Sloan Harlow has been my Roman Empire for the last 24 hours and I could not read it fast enough! It is the perfect read for fans of Noelle W. Ihli, Gillian Flynn, and Sara Shepard.
This book kept my attention and even though some parts were predictable (for me), the author kept you guessing about your predictions to the very end. I don’t think I’ve ever questioned myself so much as to what I thought was happening and who was responsible. It was a wild ride and I loved every moment of it.
I also think this book does a great job of reflecting the realities of domestic violence relationships, ways people end up in them, and how difficult it can be to leave.
