My Review: In "The Silent Patient," a gripping thriller awaits, boasting relatable characters, a tapestry of secrets and lies, and twists that rival the labyrinthine paths of medieval hedge mazes.

The narrative begins with a seemingly straightforward event: a woman murders her husband. The evidence against her is damning—she's caught red-handed with the murder weapon, drenched in his blood, and offers no protestation of innocence.
