My Review: I don’t often read scifi, so I was excited to try this book. There was in-depth world building that was fascinating. A lot of questions were raised and answered throughout the book. That’s what kept me going, as well as seeing whether Synali would succeed. There wasn’t really romance in this book, but I can see it coming up more in future books. It didn’t even care about there being a romance, which is a first for me. That’s how cool the world is in this book! I can’t wait to read the next one. I recommend this book to those used to reading fantasy that would like to try scifi.
