#AuthorChat allows authors and readers to come together in the comfort of their own homes to ask questions and meet new people! 

 Each video will have no more than one author (unless the book is a dual author title) and will run for 30 minutes. In the event of a large turn out shows can go up to 60 minutes.  

Viewers will be able to ask questions, win prizes, and interact with their favorite authors!  The author will be able to share information about their book, writing, reading, host a giveaway, and more! 

How Does It Work? 

• The show is LIVE: The show is via Instagram Live. 
• Choose a Date and Time: Days are Thursday thru Saturday. Times must be between 5pm to 7pm EST. If you need another time due to time zones we will make accommodations. 
• Log In!: All you have to do is go to Instagram and look for the message I will send you about 5 minutes before the show time. 
• Headphones: Although these may not be needed we always say better to have them.  This will cut down on feedback. 
• Internet: Please make sure that you have the strongest connection possible.  Have others get off of your network and make sure to be close to your router. 
• Have Fun!:  This is a laid back interview where we love to have fun!! 

What do you get?

• Review: Your review will be posted during the week that you are on the show. 
• Social Media PR: We will promote the day that you come on the show.

What is required?

• Payment: Each 30 minute slot is $50 Please understand that there are no refunds for canceling. 
• Copy of the book: Print copy of any book to be discussed on the show.
• Sharing: When we post about the show we ask that you like, share, and repost these to get the best turn out. 
• Newsletter: If you have a newsletter we suggest to add the show into it to get the link into the hands of your fans! 
• Reply to Comments:  Because the show is taped you may end up with questions after it is over.  We ask that you pop onto the link and check out comments for about a month. Replying to as many people as you can. 

Giveaways?

Although giveaways are a great way to hype up your fans they are not required.  If you would like to run a giveaway with your show just let us know.  This can be anything from kindles, iPads, to books, and more!! 

Day of the chat? 

• Contact: Make sure to be on Instagram about 5 minutes early. 
• Follow Us:  Please make sure to follow us on Instagram. 
• Internet and Charger: Please make sure to have your phone or tablet plugged in. 
• Headphones: please have then available just in case. 
• Giveaway: if you are doing a giveaway please have items available to show if possible.
