My Review: This cover reminded me of Resident Evil which was a little weird that its kind of close to I think the second movie. But anyway never judge a book by that (as they say). This one was even better than book one!! This one picks up where book one left off and I was hooked once again on every page! I still loved the blend of science fiction elements and the new additions that we got. I love how this world is unfolding and I need more!! I hope they keep getting longer and more engrossing as the story progresses. Because I could see this being one very large ongoing series. If you enjoy things such as Resident Evil, Daybreak, Terminator and the like then this one is right up your ally!
Review
"When I rate a book 5 stars, as I did with The Rose Vol. 1: A Dystopian Science Fiction Thriller, when it comes time to review the follow-up, I find myself in a quandary. If it's better, I can't give it 6 stars. This is an instance where I would like to be able to give it those 6 stars." Was (WA Stanely Book Reviews)
"I love the new take on vampires. The vampires are the aliens from another planet who comes to Earth to take over. The Rose Vol 2. is a very intense and captivating read that kept me hooked from the first page. When I opened The Rose Vol 2. and began to read I was pulled in deeper and deeper and I soon found myself lost between its pages as the world around me disappeared." Nancy Allen (The Avid Reader)
"As second books in trilogies go, this one is well done setting the stage for an inthralling conclusion. This segment moves at a blinding speed and the action never lets up, while at the same time, gives us a lot of insight into the characters introduced in the first volume. If you enjoy an action-packed story with great characters, both good and evil, you're going to love this novel. It is intense!" Jerry Arrowood (Jerry's SciFi Blog)
