My Review: I was so excited to start this book. I instantly fell in love with Addie. In her desperation she broke the one rule her teacher had. Don't pray to the gods that answer in the dark. She's answered by an old god/the devil who agrees to a bargain, her soul for freedom. Over the course of 300 years Addie denies Luc her soul while living a life where no one remembers her. Until one day she meets Henry, a boy that remembers her.
