My Review: While this is book two in the cape Sanctuary series by Thayne it can be read as a stand alone.  This was a nice light read that would be perfect for the summer or a weekend read.  I found the characters to be relatable and charming. The pace was perfect and kept me engaged throughout the entire book. I loved seeing the two main female characters Jess and Rachel overcome their past trauma and renew their bond as sisters.  I also enjoyed the budding romance between Jess and Nate and loved that they got their HEA in the end.
