My Review: This book had a lot of stuff going on. Strife from religion, greed, and more. I was happy to find out that this could be read as a stand alone since I hadn't read the first book in the series. This will open your eyes to all the things that have been done in the name of God. The pacing was well done and it flowed very well. I enjoyed the characters and the ending. And I will most likely check out the first book in the series as well.
