While digging the foundation for Dinswood Academy’s new gymnasium, a missing sculpture is discovered. Convinced the statue is really part of the missing mortals thought to be lost in 1712, Lord Dinswood assigns Emma and her friends the task of finding them.

But what begins as a fun adventure quickly turns into a desperate search when they receive a threatening note: find the Missing Mortals or something will die!

My Review: This one just didn't work for me. I wanted to love it but it was kind of in the middle ground for me. The story was ok and the characters were there but for the most part I just didn't connect with the story at all.
