My Review: My the third chapter I was hooked and couldn't put this one down. I chose this book for my reading this week because, I fell in love with the cover! The story was very unique and that was a nice change to other titles that I have read. The setting was our world I really enjoyed the references to Supernatural because I LOVE that show!!!
The pacing was good for the story. I really enjoyed the story up until the ending where it started to get a little boring. But, the ending worked really well for the story. If the author did another story set in this world I would love to read that one as well as getting an update to the characters in this one!
The characters in this one were great and felt real. I really didn't have a favorite character. I thought everyone felt pretty normal other than having this power. This one POV worked out well. But, I would have really loved to see Dyson's POV as well.
This book is all about connections. That you may loose them but they will always find a way to get back to you!! So stay strong!
Overall, this science fiction title was good. I would recommend this one to kids from ages 8 to 12. As well as those who enjoy science fiction and storms. I can't wait to get my own copy!
