When we went to watch this after I saw the previews I was not holding out much hope for this live action rendition of one of my all time favorite movies growing up. But, it was a happy surprise that I fell in love with it.
I will say that this is fun for the whole family and Will Smith was a wonderful Genie! I also want to note that for the songs it was great but the songs that Aladdin did alone were kind of stilted. It was weird.
If you were a fan of the cartoon then this one will blow you away. With one original song and a cast of characters with some new content this one was a great night with the whole family.
