Synopsis: A detective investigates the murder of a teenage golden boy that has rocked a small town--and the chief suspect is the victim's mother. Annalise Stephens Blue is a Creekville high school student with plans to become a world-famous filmmaker. My Review: If you like police books then this one might be for you. It's not very long and it was pretty straight forward. It had a lot of great twists and turns and I think I might pick up book one soon. The characters weren't anything new in a story like this. They didn't really stand out but they worked well for the story.
