My Review: I don't really read classics but I love this author so much so I thought I would give it a go. I did like it but it wasn't all that and a box of crackers. The gender swap story was a great idea and it worked out well. I really didn't like Darcey at all and he is one character that in other retellings of this story I usually really like. The book blurb really sounded good but when you start reading the story it falls short of that expectation. I really haven't had a lot of luck with her retellings of late.
