#Review of A Fierce and Subtle Poison by Samantha Mabry

When letters from Isabel begin mysteriously appearing in his room the same day his new girlfriend disappears, Lucas turns to Isabel for answers--and finds himself lured into her strange and enchanted world. But time is running out for the girl filled with poison, and the more entangled Lucas becomes with Isabel, the less certain he is of escaping with his own life.

If your hoping this one will read like a fantasy you will be right for the first few chapters.  Shortly into this one our MC just got boring and that made the story not interesting.  Lucas has no interests or anything.  I can get behind not knowing what you want to do in life.  Man ill be 34 this year and I'm right there with ya.  But just not having any interests at all just really sucks.  LIKE SOMETHING is something I really felt like screaming at this book.  I really really wish that this book would have been written by the POV of the cursed girl as I think it would have made the book way more interesting!
