This book is rich with the gothic which was wonderful! I love that this was based on the story from Poe's The Masque of the Red Death. I have to say that this one up against the Dance of the Red Death which was teen. This one over powers that one with 4 stars!
The story/plot was amazing. It was disjoined at times but it was ok with the over all. The characters were very interesting. I loved the world building and descriptions.
Overall this was a very entertaining book for fans of all things gothic.
