David Gale at Simon & Schuster has acquired the first two books in a debut middle-grade series by Rot & Ruin author Jonathan Maberry. In the series, called The Nightsiders, human and monster teens work together to defend the earth from alien invaders. Book #1 pubs in summer 2015; Sara Crowe at Harvey Klinger brokered the deal for world rights.

This one made the 10 year old very happy!!  We are both addicted to the Rot and Ruin series!  And well the 10 year old is addicted to the creepies.  So this one was right up her alley.  She said she and I quote ADORED AND LOVED IT ADDICTED! 

This one is another great read from author Jonathan Maberry!  So can't wait for the next one!
